All products are governed by the policies of the respective principal companies (OEMs), and any concerns regarding defects, repairs, or warranty claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Customers must request cancellation by emailing momentumtechno@gmail.com with their order details.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers are requested to verify their order details before confirming a purchase.
3. Warranty and Repairs
- All laptops and accessories sold through Momentum Technologies Inc Pvt Ltd come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Customers must contact the respective principal company’s authorized service center for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
- We do not handle warranty services directly.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
